How The Wedge Was Won

You knew it had to happen one day, you just didn’t know when, right? …No, you have no idea what I’m talking about.  Ok, I’m referencing my horrible excuse at a cheeky, remixed title.  It’s so bad, it’s good.

First, I learned that Justin Beiber has a nail polish line and that it sold out in Walmart stores across the nation (also that his last name is NOT on spellcheck, go figure).  No, I will not link to it, you have to suffer the humiliation of looking that up yourself.

More importantly,  as was clearly demonstrated in the title, this post is about wedges.  What can I say? I love them.  (By the way, I know you’re all like “But Danielle what shoes DON’T you like?  You’re like a total shoe nerd!” Well, there is a very simple answer to that question.  I hate kitten heels, they make me want to barf…)

Admire these wonderful wedges:

Something special about this wedge: It’s uncanny resemblance to the Snick Stud by Jeffery Campbell

Steve Madden might have done a rip off version as well:

Not only do I love wedges for their alluring shape, but they’re typically very easy to walk in, which is important.  That’s all for now, thanks for reading hipikats.
